IMPORTANT NOTE

1. 10% Discount against full cash payment at the time of booking .

2. All the installments must be paid before 10th of every month.

3. All extra charges will be payable within 120 days from the date of booking.

4. Documentation charges for registration will be charged extra as and when demand by the company from the allot tee.

5. The allocation of unit shall remain provisional until the company received full and final payment.

6. All discounts are subject to regular payment as per payment schedule.
